PURCHASING
INFORMATION

ACCEPTANCE
OF ORDERS:
All
orders must be submitted in writing and shall be considered accepted
by STIMEX Inc. only after issuance
of a formal acknowledgement by fax. If order is not incomplete,
additional information will be required prior to acknowledgement.
PRICING:
All STIMEX prices in QUICK SHIP
PROGRAM are already discounted. The prices are NET COST- FOB-Toronto
/STIMEX warehouse/ in USD and don't include freight, federal and
local taxes.Prices, colors and specifications are subject
of change without prior notice.
SHIPPING:
Currently we ship online submitted orders to CANADA and the
USA only.
Goods will be shipped via carriers of STIMEX choice with shipping,
handling, insurance and packaging charges prepaid and added to the
invoice. Any extra charges for services requested by Buyer must
be paid by the Buyer. All products in QUICK SHIP PROGRAM are stocked
for immediate sale, but STIMEX soesn't guarantee all items
will be in inventory at the time of purchase. For overseas orders
- outside North America, please contact our office.
LEAD TIME:
All goods in QUICK SHIP PROGRAM are available in stock and STIMEX
Inc. could ship in accordance with payments -
48 hours after order confirmation. For Non-stock items delivery
time is between 6 and 8 weeks. STIMEX
Inc. isn't liable for failure to perform due to
strikes, fire, compliance with government regulations, acts failure
or delay of sources of supplies or any other causes beyond STIMEX
Inc.
TERMS OF PAYMENT:
For QUICK SHIP orders /in stock/, we accept credit cards and
cheques in full payment 100 % prior the delivery.
For the orders /delivery time within 6-8 weeks/ terms of payment
include:
- 30 % deposit of the total amount,
- 70 % balance required upon delivery.
Open account terms of net 30days after shipment are extended
to firms by request and approval
of credit application.
DAMAGED SHIPMENT:
Buyer should inspect all items for shipping damages before
accepting the delivery. If damage as occured, Buyer should
note the extent of the damage on the fright bill and call STIMEX
Inc. immediately.
WARRANTY:
STIMEX
Inc. warrants all products for 5 years to be free
of defects in materials and workmanship under normal use and service.
During the warranty period STIMEX
Inc. will repair or replace at its own discretion,
merchandise that proves to be defective. STIMEX
Inc. shall have no liability under this
warranty with respect to any product which has been subjected to
abuse, misuse, negligance, alteration or repair by anyone other
than STIMEX
