1. ORDERS. All orders must be submitted in writing and shall be considered accepted by STIMEX only after issuance of a formal acknowledgement by fax.If order is not incomplete, additional information will be required prior to acknowledgement. STIMEX is not required to accept changes requested order has been acknowledged. We will accept reasonable changes in following conditions: a/ the request for change must be submitted in writings and b/ changes may be subjected to additional charges for material, labour and administrative cost aand may affect delivery schedule.

2. PRICES. All STIMEX prices in product catalogue are published list and are subject to trade discount. Prices are FOB Toronto warehouse and do not include sales taxes, shipping or instalation. All prices in QUICK SHIP PROGRAM are already discounted, including GST 7 % and PST 8 %.

4.TERMS OF PAYMENT - STIMEX terms of payment includes: a/ Deposit of /fifty/50 % of the TOTAL AMOUNT and b//Fifty/50 % of the balance required delivery to all expect accredidited buyers where a maximum term of NET 10 apply.Payment is due upon receipt of invoice and shall be considered delivered not paid within /ten/10 days.

5.LEAD TIME - In stock items that are in our HOT DEALS in accordance with payments terms are /fourty eight/48 hours. Non-stock items - max /eight/8 weeks. STIMEX is not liable for failure to perform due to stgrikes, fire, compliance with goverment regulations, acts failure or deelay of sources of supplies, or any other causes beyond STIMEX control.

CANCELLATION & RETURN - All cancellations and returns must be approved in writing by STIMEX.Any payment applied to such orders will be credited account, less applicable restocking charges for future purchases. No cancel returns will be accepted on any special orders (products or finishes that are of our stock program).

7.FREIGHT CLAIMS - Since STIMEX inspects all products prior to shipping should be inspected by consignee wheen received for possible damages. Any damages or losses must be claimed by consignee immediately with .

8. WARRANTY. STIMEX merchandise is warranted to be FREE from defects in and workmanship for a period of /three/ 3 years from the datee of shipment. During the warranty period STIMEX will repair or replace at its own discretion, merchandise that proves to be defecteive. This warranty does not apply to demages resulting an accident, fright, alterations, misuse, tampering, scotchguarding, negligence or abuse of product. Fabric and leathers are not warranted against wear or fading.This warranty doe not extend to colour, grain or texture of natural materials such as wood or leather due to natural variations on which STIMEX has no control. All warranty claims require that the customer return the goods to STIMEX.
